1. Toppers (1st rank Holder) of all the board / university -100% tuition fee waiver.
2. Students securing 93% aggregate /PCM and above in class 12th or above or 80% marks in graduation -25% tuition fee waiver.

If you have English as a subject of instruction in school and University, then about 3 months of preparation is good. Otherwise, 5 months of preparation is needed.
1. In order to improve English, regular tests must be taken. For all 4 modules. At least 4 tests per module per week

For applying for PG, you need to clear your graduation completely. Of course you can appear for the entrance exam for PG while appearing for final semester or yearly exam of graduation.

Normally, no university allows a student to pursue PG (MA) in a subject if the student has not studied that subject at the level of graduation. Same is the case with Dibrugarh University also.
