Placements on the campus are decent. The salary package goes up from INR 6 lacs per annum to INR 12 lacs per annum depending on the company and the competency of the candidate. Many good and reputed companies come for the placements. Around, 70 percent of the students got placed from the college itself.

You can go for Master in English literature. Or, may opt for journalism, mass communication.

You can choose only one language according to DU in calculating best of 4 marks.

There is no entrance exam for admission in SGBAU for M.A English. Admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation.

You will be having an entrance which includes the question related to general knowledge and mental ability.

If it is DU, there will be not be any entrance test conducted for English Hons. The admission is totally merit-based.
