Hi!
You can consider Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, [SCAC] Pune and MIT World Peace University, [MIT-WPU] Pune for English honors. You may check their individual websites to see their admission process and cut-offs.

Hello Aman,
Admission in Loyola for B.A. English is MERIT-BASED. It is then also followed by an interview if you make it to their merit lists. The list is prepared by the marks students score in 12th class.
All the best!

Hello Aman,
Here the colleges for BA English (H) which are an entrance test based and not merit based, in Delhi (arranged in no specific order) :
1. Jamia Milia Islamia
2. GGSIPU
*There are few colleges which take entrance tests for this course and that too in Delhi. I would recommend you to widen your search for this course and not just limit to Delhi or any other factor, else you will end up limiting your options. *
All the best.
