Tezpur University does not set any cutoff score for admissions. Seats are based on the entrance exam they conduct called TUEE ( Tezpur University Entrance Exam). Try scoring say 30/60 takes Rank 1.

Cut off for this course is usually seen less one can easily secure a seat in the course cut off for general class is nearly between 150-160 and for SC it is 165-170 only.

Admission process:
1. All applicants seeking admission to a PG Programme of Study shall be required to appear in entrance examination of their respective subjects.
2. Admission to various PG Programmes of Study shall be made on merit of the composite score to be determined on the basis of score obtained in entrance examination and marks obtained in Matric.
Eligibility:
A minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade in Bachelors/UG degree in science stream from a recognized University or an equivalent examination.
