The tuition fee at Estonian Business School is 7000 euros and first year fee need to be paid in one time. The tuiton fee is paid by semester and can be paid in one, two or four instalments. Students who are not studying full time can calculate fee on the price of credit points (125 euros per credit point).
Housing cost usually range from €150–350 in the dormitories to €350–750 in private flats and food can cost around €300 monthly.

Estonian Business School offer scholarship to foreign master students. International students studying a full time degree at EBS and do not receive support for their studies from other sources are eligible for the scholarship. The awarded amount is 350 euros per month. To avail the scholarship students need to submit a signed application to the Office of Academic Affairs.

Estonian Business School offer online microdegrees. Five topics are covered in the learning modules for EBS microdegrees: data management, management and leadership, finance and accounting, sustainability, and the green economy. It makes it possible to quickly and adaptably acquire new information and hone existing skills in a particular field. One module lasts for nine weeks.

International students usually rent private apartments and splitting apartments offer an opportunity to find great accommodation at an affordable price. Newspaper ads, internet, and city real estate firms can all provide information about private rooms or apartments. Depending on the quantity of rooms and amenities provided, prices can differ significantly. Areas near the college where students can find apartments are Vanalinn, Kesklinn, Kadriorg & Kalamaja and Põhja-Tallinn. Rent prices may range between 268 € and 268 €.

Requirements for internationally recognised language tests:
- TOEFL iBT score 87
- IELTS Academic score 5.5 with or above in each individual component.
- Cambridge test FCE (CAE; CPE are suitable as well)
IELTS scores are considered valid for two years from the date of the result.

Estonian Business School is located in Estonia, EU. To study in Eurpean Union students are required to have long term D-Visa. The application fee is €100 ($120). Following are the documents required to apply for D-Visa-
- Visa application form, completed and signed
- Copies of enrollment letter from educational institute in Estonia
- A recent passport size photographs (size 35x45 mm)
- Copies of travel health insurance
- Copies of valid passport (including the bio page, past visas, etc.)
- Birth certificate
- Proof of finances for the entirety of your stay
