EURECOM

EURECOM allows their master degree students to spend the 2nd year of their MsC in one of the institution's member university and get a double degree. For now, EURECOM has signed double degree agreements with Aalto University (in Mobile Computing Systems and Data Science), Chalmers (Mobile Computing Systems) and Czech Technical University (in Mobile Computing Systems and Internet of Things). This double degree programme was started in 2019 and has been continuing ever since.

Once recruited, if a master student of EURECOM is interested in applying to any double degree master program, it is fundamental to contact the institution’s department of international relations on arrival  (during the 1st semester) to be informed about the requirements and deadlines. The Double degree master program is exclusively open to students who follow a 4 semester’s master programme in IoT, Mobile Computing or Data Science.
The selection of the candidates is based on previous academic background, motivation and the average grade of the first academic year at EURECOM  (a minimum grade in some technical courses can be required). Also, it is mandatory to validate the 60 ECTS of the 1st year to be eligible. The final decision is taken by the host institution in accordance with the coordinator of EURECOM’s Master. Also, there are no additional tuition fees to be paid for a double degree program. 

EURECOM offers an impressive portfolio of a wide variety of courses on all levels of degree; undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate. It delivers two Post Master’s degree totally taught in English in:

• Communications for Intelligent Transports (Connected Vehicles)
• Security in Computer Systems and Communications

These course last 16 months (3 semesters) including:

• A 3-weeks intensive French language programme with cultural visits in September for Non-French speakers
• 2 academic semesters (September/February. February/June)
• A 22-weeks internship in a company in France or abroad from July to February

EURECOM’s Post Master’s degrees are fully recognised by the French State as they are accredited by the CTI. Both the degrees have been granted the European quality Label: EURACE, which guarantee a high level of academic content and relevance to market needs. The Post Master in Security in Computer Systems and Communications has been granted the SecNumedu
certification by the National Cybersecurity Agency of France (ANSSI).

EURECOM delivers two Post Master’s degree totally taught in English in:

• Communications for Intelligent Transports (Connected Vehicles)
• Security in Computer Systems and Communications

All applicants must fulfill the entry requirements to get admitted for these courses. These requirements are:

• A B2 level in English certified by an external certification
• Certified copy of the transcripts and Degree's certificates and certified copy of the
  translation
• Certified copy of the translation into French or English
• Letters of recommendation (Not required if the letters have been directly sent by the
  referee to EURECOM)
• Pre-Admission document signed and dated

EURECOM delivers 2 State-recognized Master of Science degrees totally taught in English in 4 specializations:

• Computer Science - Specialization in Digital Security & Specialization in Data Sciences and Engineering
• Networks and Communication - Specialization in Intelligent Communications Systems & Specialization in Internet of Things

All applicants must fulfill the entry requirements to get admitted for these courses. These requirements are:

For 24 months (4 semester) courses:

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum 3 years of higher education) in a relevant field
• Strong foundations in mathematics
• A certified B2 level in English

For 18 months (3 semester) courses:

• A 4-years Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of 4 years of higher education) in Computer Science,
  Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics
• Demonstrable and strong foundations in Mathematics, Systems and Network Security and Secure
  Communication (for the master in Digital Security)
• Demonstrable and strong foundations in Mathematics, Database Management and Machine
  Learning (for the master Data Science)
• Demonstrable and strong foundations in Mathematics, Digital and Mobile Communications (for the
  master Mobile Computing Systems)
• Demonstrable and strong foundations in Mathematics, Systems and Network Security and
  Operating Systems (for the master Internet of Things)
• A certified B2 level in English
