Diploma class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks. Graduation and PG programs may also require you to appear in the entrance exams.

If you don't want to pursue a degree or Diploma course in event management, it is completely okay. It is not necessary to have a degree to pursue a career in event management or wedding planning. You can rather have industry exposure by applying for internship with an event management or a wedding planning firm. You will have to do some research about such firms in your locality and request them for an internship. Nothing can teach you better than industry exposure.

It is decent, but lacks accreditation from various industry bodies. My recommendation would be to choose top colleges, which are renowned and provide good job opportunities. You just need to clear your 10+2 from a recognized board of education in any stream to pursue a Diploma in event management.

My personal suggestion would be that you should verify the status of AICTE approval of the college before admission.
