Hi Manish,
It depends on which course you wish to pursue. If you are looking to pursue a Diploma course, your score in 10+2 will be considered for the admission purpose. If you wish to pursue a post-graduate course, a personal interview is conducted to evaluate whether you fit the course or not. You can refer to this link to find more information about the institute as well as the course.

Hi Rahul!
It is the same college with two different branches. The quality of education and placements are of same level. You can opt for any institute depending on your location preference.

Hi Rahul,
Both are good courses with almost same curriculum. Event management is comparatively a new field and institutes have devised their own nomenclature for the course. More than the course, it is actually the institute that should be given importance as well as preference while applying for the course. You can find the best colleges in India for event management by clicking this link https://www.shiksha.com/articles/top-5-event-management-colleges-in-india-blogId-11139.

You can do Event Management after a Bachelor's in any stream, as it is usually a specialized course at the post-graduation level. Any graduate can apply. Still, a degree in mass communication is a good option, since it covers advertising and PR, which are key skills for a successful event manager.
