As per the official exam pattern of GMCET there are 4 sections - English language and IQ, General knowledge of news and current affairs, Entertainment media knowledge and Brands and brand communication basic knowledge. The GMCET question paper will be based on these 4 sections. Each section will consist of 25 questions which will in multiple choice format. Total there will be 100 questions and the best part of the exam pattern is there will be no negative marking in the GMCET exam.

The Goa board will release the Goa HSSC exam pattern 2026 in November 2025. Students can check the Goa HSSC exam pattern 2026 on the official website, once it is out. The board paper will be of 80 marks for non practical subjects. Time duration of the exam is 180 minutes. For subjects having practicals, theory paper will be of 70 marks. Practical paper will be of 20 marks.
