Exam Pattern

GNM stands for General Nursing and Midwifery. It is a Diploma course in the field of nursing that trains students to become qualified nurses. GNM course is typically three and a half years long and is offered by various nursing institutes and hospitals in India. The course focuses on providing students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for nursing and midwifery practices. To pursue GNM course, you need to fulfill certain eligibility criteria, which may vary slightly depending on the institute. Generally, the requirements are as follows:
Educational Qualification: You should have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) in any stream from a recognised board or university. Minimum Marks: You need to secure a minimum aggregate score of 40-45% in your 12th standard examination. Age Limit: The minimum age requirement is usually 17-18 years at the time of admission. The upper age limit varies between institutes. The entrance exam pattern for GNM course may also vary depending on the institute conducting the exam. In some cases, there may not be a separate entrance exam, and admission is based on merit in the 12th standard examination. However, if there is an entrance exam, it typically consists of the following sections:
General Knowledge: This section tests your knowledge of Current Affairs general awareness, and basic Science. English Language: This section assesses your proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills. Science: This section covers topics related to Biology Physics and Chemistry at the 10+2 level. Mathematics: This section tests your mathematical abilities, including topics like arithmetic, Algebra geometry, and Statistics.

The OJEE exam is a computer-based test for all courses. However, the OJEE exam pattern differs according to the course you are applying for. The generic OJEE exam pattern is as follows:
1. The exam will only be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Earlier, the exam was also conducted in the paper-based test mode but from 2019 onwards, the PBT mode has been scrapped.
2. The duration of the exam for the MBA, LE B.Tech, LE B.Sc/ LE, MCA/LE MCA M.Tech and MArch courses is 120 minutes (2 hours). The duration for the B.Pharma course is three hours and for MPHARM Integrated MBA and LE B.Pharma courses, the exam duration is one hour or 60 minutes.
3. There will only be multiple-choice questions in the OJEE question paper
4. Four marks will be awarded for the correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for questions which have not been attempted. Here is a detailed OJEE MBA exam pattern:
1. The total marks for the exam are 480.
2. Total number of questions is 120.
3. There are four sections, I. e. Quantitative Techniques, Verbal reasoning and Comprehension, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Business Fundamentals
4. Each section carries 30 questions.
