Yes, understanding the NUCAT exam pattern is very important for effective preparation. Without knowing the pattern, candidates may study the wrong topics and waste time on low-weightage topics. NMAT exam is designed with 108 questions to be answered within 120 minutes. Candidates can appear for NMAT in computer based test mode. 108 questions of NMAT exam is divided equally into three sections, namely Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning.

The AIBE 2026 will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode. The exam will be held for three hours thirty minutes. There will be 100 MCQs. Candidates must note that the question paper will be from 19 subjects and there is no negative marking. Candidates will be allowed to carry bare acts without notes.
