Minimum TOEFL score represents the lowest required score for a successful admission process. The US, UK, and Canada are known for their high academic standards and top-ranked universities. Achieving a TOEFL iBT minimum score does not guarantee your admission, always target a higher score range. Universities do not mention their TOEFL minimum score requirements. Each university sets its requirements based on factors like academic ranking, and the language demands of specific programs. A minimum TOEFL score for top-ranked universities ranges from 90-100. If you are applying for TOEFL Grants and Awards, you need to achieve a minimum of 84+ score. 

Political Science and International Relations with regard to the syllabus for the examination conducted by the *Combined Defence Services (CDS)* and that for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) touch on one another but with a distinction in perspectives and scope. 

1. *Common Topics*: Some similar topics included in the syllabus of these two examinations are:
- Political theory (basic concepts, ideologies)
- Indian polity (Constitution, political system, governance)
- International relations, organizations

2. Differences:
- *CDS*: It confines itself more to the Introductory Political Science especially from its imperatives concerning the military and national security since from the study of political systems an introductory orientation will find itself relevant in understanding the world of international relations.
- *IAS*: This has a frightfully comprehensive syllabus with exposure to things such as Indian governance, policy, comparative politics, political thinkers, and increasingly narrower topics and aspects on international relations. The *IAS syllabus* also covers *ethics* and *public administration* in its general studies papers, but the CDS syllabus has more defensively related topics and extensive political knowledge under the universality of study tion as there is overlap in subjects on political theory and Indian polity, while the broader and detailed IAS exam syllabus becomes CDS, which takes a more introductory orientation on politics and international relations relevance to defense.

2. *Environmental Science & Engineering*: "Introduction to Environmental Engineering and Science" by Gilbert M. Masters.

3. *Mathematics and Engineering Mathematics*: such as "Higher Engineering Mathematics", published by B.S. Grewal, and attract attention.

Also, you must solve the previous year question papers because they are an important way to know about the pattern and level of the exam. Download question papers from official GATE sites.

It's totally cool if the 12th board result has not been declared yet; you can enroll through IMUCET as long as you meet the minimum eligibility criterion. Most of the candidates, by this time, are waiting for the result of the board and giving attempts at almost all the entrance examinations.

 Most of them would have finished all their schooling by the time they prepare for admission to an institution. They will then be found looking for their class 12 results after being selected during the final admission process.
