Some colleges conduct entrance for this course that is generally done to look your speaking skill, communication style or if the student is eligible for their college. While some do not conduct the entrance exam they just carry out group discussion. There are direct admissions too in some Institutes and colleges.

That depends on the college. Some Colleges do conduct entrance exam while some not. These entrance exams generally contain general discussion, checking out your skills, communication, aptitude, etc.

you can get admission, because the eligibility criteria is 50% marks in 12th with PCM. But, if you are looking to take admission in government colleges, then the criteria is not this. The cut off may be high.

Yes, admission to all the above PG programs are done through the entrance exam conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority, Bengaluru. Candidates seeking admission from University (management) quota need to have either PGCET (KEA)/GMAT rank. Good luck.
