There is no major difference in B.J. M. C. and B.J. Even I would say they both are same. It is all about journalism and mass communication. You can go ahead in this and yes, there is CET (Common Entrance test) for admission in this course.

Hello, As only a month is left for the exam, you should be solving as many UGC NET Previous Year Question Papers as possible. Focus more on the most important topics. Improve your weaker areas. Learn all the formulas and other important stuff. You should also take online mock tests to analyze your preparation level. This will also increase your speed and accuracy. Study at least 6-7 hours daily and give your last 30-45 minds to the revision daily. Studying for long hours lead to fatigue.
