Yes, your son will definitely get admission in IEM. For CSE it might be little difficult, you have to wait till the last round. But other streams like ECE, IT, Electrical, Mechanical will be easily available. Also, since 80% seats are allotted through WBJEE rank he can get any stream if his rank is below 4k in WBJEE

Yes, you can get admission in government colleges with this score. You should apply for this course. Your rank is good enough to get you a seat in any government colleges in Goa.

The first round of JEE Mains counseling to start by 2 and week of June 2019. after admission are begins in colleges. Some college are providing management college level counseling.

There is no entrance exam for Integrated M.Tech course. You have to visit the official VIT website and fill in the application form with your 12th marks, both online and offline modes are available. After filling the application just wait for your counselling date to be informed by VIT. There are chances that you might get a seat.
