These days for getting admission in any of the engineering colleges including Deemed to be university is via the exams conducted by the Deemed to be universities or the concerned state governments or the association of private colleges. The only other way of getting admission if you have not appeared for any such exam is to seek Admission under what is called as management quota seats for this you have to approach the concerned University directly. AISEE stands for All India Scholarship Entrance Examination. AISEE is a national level merit-based scholarship entrance exam. AISEE is an eligibility test for candidates who are seeking scholarship for their engineering and medical studies. The AISEE is applicable for both medical and engineering courses.

There is a form available on UPES website fill that form. They have two more criteria for admission apart from entrance exam. One is JEE Mains marks (last year cut off is below 100) and 12 boards marks (last year approximately 8085%). This year cut off is around 70% marks in class 10th and class 12th or you have 70+ marks in JEE. Check the UPES website for the online admission form.
