Do you intend to study in India or abroad? Foreign universities do not require UGC recognition and you must check the UGC website.

When you talk of Executive MBA you generally find candidates sponsored from their own organisations or the ones who are in a position to take a break and do this MBA course. With Executive MBA course, the chances of getting promoted in your earlier / existing organisation is good but getting another job soon after it is not a surety at least at a higher level of hierarchy and salary.

NIBM is a decent training institute and they provide training on different subjects. It does not have any recognition by central and state government bodies.
You can consider the colleges like NMIMS, SP Jain, Welingkar, etc. for EMBA program.
