Yes, it is very helpful to you if you do it from good college.
Most companies prefer students having both technical and management degrees.
It will also provide you good salary and better post.

Executive MBA is for those candidates who have more than 2 years of work experience and it is of 1 year. Regular MBA can be pursued by any graduate with or without work experience.

Yes, you can but it varies in different B-Schools . There are options like part-time & full time executive MBA. In part time EMBA studies are on weekends. So, you can definitely continue your job along with executive MBA but please ensure that whether the B-School you opt has Part-time slot in executive MBA.

You can pursue an E-MBA programme, many business schools in India requires more than 5-years of work experience for the E-MBA programmes. Further, you may check university websites for admission requirements and eligibility.

If doing MBA is must and should now for you meance, its better you opt for non-executive MBA which might be distance or part time or full time.
