You should opt for regular MBA , because in regular MBA, you will get to understand the concept as well as the subjects which you need to study in management course. Regular MBA course helps one to flourish in the career.

Hi Ratnadwip,
In order to pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion.
Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.
