You can obviously take an admission. For that, you need to have completed your graduation from any discipline. After that you need to give CAT and go through the admission process of the college to get admission.

It is very difficult to get into FMS with such low percentile. For general category, you should score at least 99 percentile to get into FMS-Delhi.

I would suggest you to target for a safe score of 93-95 percentile in CAT. Given the marks, you have in your school education you might have a good chance of going through with this college.

FMS considers CAT score, class 10th, 12th, graduation marks, GD, personal interview and extempore speech during its selection process.
You need to score good marks to get admission.

Definitely, you can. It is a great idea to know the business closely. You need to score well in MBA entrance examinations for full-time MBA else you can do a part-time course.
