Not sure if you are graduate already or not. And, which city you belong to?
There are many government and private acting schools all over India. If you are looking at cost - then NSD, New Delhi is best as the students have to pay very nominal fees and the students are paid stipend on top.
National School of Drama (NSD) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Culture.
Eligibility for NSD Admission:
You should be graduate in any stream from a recognized university in India.
Your age must be between 21 to 40 years as on 1st august of the academic year.

The main subjects for first year are same for every one.
The main core subjects depends on what field have you chosen. and moreover Bachelor of Technology is B.Tech which is further classified into other main domains.
If you wish to go for Oil and Gas informatics or Cloud Computing engineering then you can join UTM Shillong for admission 2017.
