It is good to do MA in mass communication. It also gives you a master degree and you are able to study more about mass communication.

Both the course are very good in there own way its all up to your interest and in my opinion B.Sc. In cardiovascular is best.

Why don't you go for B.J. M. C. (Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication)? It will be a more relevant course, and in B.A. You might have to study some irrelevant subjects ( depending upon college curriculum).

M G R Government Film and Television Training Institute offers the following three years duration Diploma courses as under.
1. Screenplay & Direction
2. Cinematography
3. Sound Recording and Sound Engineering
4. Film Editing
5. Film Processing
Eligibility criteria : Any degree will be a prerequisite qualification for admission in Screenplay and Direction Course and for the other courses, a pass in Higher Secondary is the qualification. Fourteen students are admitted in each discipline. So minimum 12th class is prerequisite for asked course. Hence you are not eligible.

The eligibility criteria of PG Diploma in Art Direction and Production Design of FTII is given below.
Eligibility Criteria : Bachelors Degree in Applied arts, Architecture, Painting, Sculpture, Interior Design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent diploma in any of the above.
Candidates successful in the Joint Entrance Test (JET) will be called for Orientation and Interview.
Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of written examination(JET), orientation and interview with each stage carrying 20%, 50% (20% practical +30% written) and 30% weightage respectively subject to qualifying in Medical test.
