The SNAP test cut-off depends on the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the level of toughness of the exam and the institute you are applying for. The cut-off for SIBM Pune is mostly 98+ percentile. Symbiosis International University has some 40+ colleges under its wing and many of them offer MBA programs.
SIBM, Pune offers a finance specialization in its 2-year flagship MBA program.

IIM-Bangalore, XIME, CHRIST, IFIM and Alliance are the top colleges in Bangalore.
For MBA and PGDM
PGDM is an Institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM, not MBA. For example, XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University they offer MBA course affiliated to that University, the same college is offering AICTE approved course it means they are offering PGDM which is not linked to ABC University.
