Hi Twalhath,
MBA programs in UK requires 3 years of work experience and if you want to get into a good university, then you must meet the requirements. MS is the better option. 1 year programs from UK are not recognized in India, so you should check pros and cons. Alternatively, you can look for other countries like Canada or Australia. Finance professionals are also in demand in these regions.

For instance, an accounting Bachelor's program may allow students to specialize in financial analysis, information systems, internal auditing and managerial or public accounting.

You should join NIFT as it gives a wide opportunity. You can also do a course of image consultant. It is a combination of your interest. Later, you can do MBA in marketing.

If you have completed PGDBA in finance from SCDL then I will advise you to learn Microsoft excel based financial modelling. In financial modelling, you will learn how to prepare a financial model of any organisation from banking and finance domain, real estate, infrastructure, retail, FMCG, etc. This will give you a skill set which can help you to start your career again, but in the initial jobs, you might not get a high salary package and you will have to compete with younger candidates to prove yourself, but if you survive the starting phase, you can grow your career and pursue CFA/FRM certifications.
