PGDM is giving you the current condition of the market you can gather upgraded knowledge but MBA is giving you the theoretical knowledge.Both are fruitful for you but for surviving in the market you can choose PGDM.

Do look at the selection of LLM types and universities as LLM is a very popular subject in the UK so you will have lots of options. The cost will vary depending on the programme or university but on average you should look at around £10,000 - £15,000 for course fee plus living costs for the duration of the programme (one year).
