Biotechnology is better, but it is quite a difficult course, but biotechnology has a better future. You may get a seat for PG in USA and UK. In modern society, biotechnology has a very important role, you can get a job easily.

This university conducts its own entrance exam. Also AIEEA-PG which is conducted by ICAR also grants admission to PAU.

Yes, there are certain institutions which conduct their own entrance exams. For instance, Punjab agricultural university is one of those highly esteemed university which offers great prospects in B.Tech food technology merely just by their CET exam.

Hi Sakshi,
NIFTEM provides M.Tech courses and not M.Sc. You can apply for M.Tech as even B.Sc students are also eligible for this course. You will have to give GATE or an entrance conducted by NIFTEM.
