As per your interest, you can prepare for NET JRF exam to get admission in FPM in any IIMs, ISB and XLRI and JBIMS two years doctorate programme also best. After clearing NET JRF, you can directly get admission in any IIMs as Junior research scholar or if you are determine in Teaching profession, then definitely you can prepare NET exam for assistant professor. NET only a source to fulfill your ambition. After NET many colleges will hire you with handsome salary.

I believe, you should go with PGP, the regular programme at IIM. Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (PGPPM) and Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPPM) will be too specific for you. And Fellow Programme in Management FPM is the doctoral programme.

Eligibility for Fellow programme in Management:
Post-graduation in a relevant stream, completed from a recognised university. A minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of post-graduation. Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:
A. M.Sc. M.Com. , M. B.A. , MCA M.Tech. A. , ICWA, and CS Tech. , B.E. MBBS or LLB
Preferably, a minimum of 12 months of professional experience, as most reputed institutes prefer candidates with work experience.
