Loyola College offers a BA in French via the departments of language that lasts for a period of three years. The UG-level course is spread across six semesters and each semesters has subjects ranging form five to seven. The first semester of BA French has subjects as listed below:

The university of Montreal is acctually a french langauge university and yes most of the courses are taught in french. However, students need not be a bilingual or french speaking to study at the university. As they are departments in Montreal which teach in English. Hence while applying students are suggested to check with administartion office.

As per JNU's last cutoff list released for BA (Hons) courses, the cutoff marks for BA (Hons) in French was 76.

Not all the courses at the University of Montreal are taught in French. While the university operates French, and offers a wide variety of courses in French, there are also courses that are available in English. Various faculty members and departments provides courses entirely in English especially at the graduate level.
