You cannot pursue two regular courses at the same time. However, you can pursue fashion design via correspondence/distance mode along with B.Sc. Students enrolled in a regular degree course are allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university. Regards.

Always prefer full-time over distance. If you were working, I will suggest you distance but as a fresher, go with regular. No matter B.Sc CS or IT, what matters is how you are good in the subject.

Regular degree is always better than open one especially in sciences as these are practical based subjects. Until you have a compelling reason for open, try regular mode only.
