Navneet,
A regular MBA is always considered better than a correspondence because with regular MBA, you get to be part of proper classroom programs, you get to meet fellow students and the whole experience of going through an MBA program is what gives you most out of it. It is not just about getting a degree.
Go for a correspondence MBA only when it is absolutely not possible for you to leave your job and spend a year or two without any source of income. Although, it might not give you even half the career boost that a regular MBA does, it may help you a bit in career progression.

Hi Ravi,
After pursuing MBA full time their is no need of doing correspondence MBA. You will get good placements with MBA full time only. If you are thing of changing your stream than it might be a good option otherwise not. But i would suggest you not to leave your job while pursuing MBA Correspondence.

It is up to you . If you have the will power to absorb each and every word which they teach you in the part-time classes, then executive MBA is better. Otherwise, take a tough decision to leave the job and do a full time MBA, and then start all over again for rapid advancement.Otherswise, take a study leave of two years and do MBA full time.
