There are various colleges or institutes who admit students on the basis of entrance marks but moreover, class 12th percentage is important. If you really want to repeat your class 12th then it's upto you. As I mentioned above, If your percentage is above 40-45% then you should not repeat your class 12th. Also, there are many private universities available.

If you are looking to pursue the Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management, that's an evening program and timings are 7-8 pm. It's a course usually based for working professionals. And if you are thinking of pursuing some other HR related courses, then you can pursue MHRM, which is a full time course provided by the Faculty of Social work.
