Yes, check University of Toronto and Rotman School of Management. You will be allowed to work in Canada for 2-3 years, opportunities are good. You may extend your visa depending on your career growth.

SIMS is a great institute for pursuing professional studies. If you are a beginner, I would suggest you to not go for the one year executive program. But, if you do have some experience, then it is a good choice after IIM, XLRI and TATA institute.

As far as I know, it is not allowed and there are chances that any of your degrees can get rejected. However, at the same time, there are many students who are doing this. So, it's risky but common. One can take a risk, but it is highly not recommended.

Admission Procedure:
To get admission into MBA courses in Hyderabad, students have to appear at least one of the national level & university level entrance exams. Students have to qualify the entrance test and appear for group discussion & personal interview. The GD & PI are conducted by the different colleges separately.
