Hello Arvind,
The difference as the name suggests is in the mode of study.
Regular courses are classroom session courses where the student has to attend classes while distance/ correspondence courses are more about self-study where the study material is sent to the student and she/he has to understand and learn it on their own. During examination time, the student has to go to the college and appear for it.
The prospects of a full time regular course are better than a correspondence or distance learning course. The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher. The Distance learning courses are ideally meant for those wh

You cannot do as UGC itself and ang universities do not allow the same. also there is no point on doing 2 PG together as per new CBCS scheme many universities allow you to pursue a PG degree of your choice and you can choose subject from other specialisation.

#B.Com (Hons) - if you want to study deeply about and go for the highest knowledge in the field.
#B.Com (Hons) in Finance - if you want to go ahead in the field of financial management and cost accounting, business organization and others.
