Hi Sabi,
There are 2 options-
1. You can do a 1 year Bachelor of Nursing for registered Nurses from UCOL. This is a 1 year course, and costs NZ$17065/-.
But to work as a nurse in NZ you will need to apply for registration with the nursing council of NZ. To obtain NZ registration as a nurse, you will need to undertake what is known as a Competency Assessment Programme (CAP) through a nursing school. (this can be done at UCOL).2. You could do a Bachelor of Nursing Degree for Overseas Registered Nurses from Wintec or EIT. This is a 2 years course. You will receive hospital placements during this course. You may refer to the following link for a list of top MBA B-Schools in India: https://www.shiksha.com/mba/ranking/top-mba-colleges-in-india/2-2-0-0-0.
You are eligible to do CFA based on your graduation degree. Theoretically, you can do CFA whil doing MBA but it may be a heavy load on you as both MBA and CFA requires a lot of effort to complete.

First, you have to apply in PSGIM website before the deadline by going to psgim.ac.in and then take MAT exam. Then you need to update your MAT score in the application form. After that, you will be called for GD/PI.

It's very difficult if any college will allow you. I have many friends who are doing MBA full-time and working part-time on Sunday and Saturday so, I would suggest if you don't want to stress yourself, do executive MBA.
All the best!

Yes, you can pursue!
Even a degree from IIM might not be of value if you do not learn anything while pursuing it.
Since, you haven't specified the nature of use of an MBA degree to you, I'm assuming you are a working professional inclined towards gaining the theoretical knowledge of management through an MBA from IGNOU.
Now, if I compare IGNOU to other distance learning universities like SMU and Symbiosis, IGNOU clearly stands out owing to the well-structured course material and the importance of assignments. The faculty who are mentoring SOMS IGNOU(School of Management Studies) are top-notch professors from IIMs, IIFT, and senior officia

You have completed your first year. So, its a bit difficult task to change the college now.
A student can change the college in the first year only through the procedure of internal sliding.
After completing the first year its bit difficult to change college, as many colleges do not support this practice.
Changing college creates problems for the examination department, and to save themselves from this headache they do not let students change colleges after the first year.
Also in the first year, you can suppose to change only college, not the university means you cannot change the university you can change the college and can get admissio
