No. MBA course in distance mode is officially recognised by the UGC-DEB/ AICTE if done from an approved institution. Few universities and institutes in India have the authority to offer MBA courses in distance mode.

Apply for one course as a full time and regular student and try the other course from distance learning. No, you cannot do both the courses, as a regular student but there is one option for you. Apply for one course as a full time and regular student and try the other course from distance learning.

It is not about the percentage, but about the institutions, you wish to join. If you are a recent graduate, I would recommend working for a couple of years in your field of interest to have the necessary experience to make an informed decision and have realistic expectations from PGDM. Yes this is allowed . In fact I would suggest you to take up an internship it will help you to build up your resume College can't stop you from participating in other activities. However it may affect your attendance. This may lead to fewer marks in your internals. If you want to take up a job or an internship you can, take a part time job or an internship so that it wont affect your classes. So that, your CGPA won't get affected.

It doesn't matter where you have completed your undergraduate degree from, for applying in Mumbai University you just need a relevant Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks for M.Com. The admission is based on merit lists which vary every year.
