Don't even try to get into a part-time M.E. / M.Tech course. The Central government body AICTE which looks after technical education aspects and frames guidelines for technical education in India never approves of such a course.

Hi. Regular Education is that where you go to college and interact with lectures and students. You need to go to college regularly. Distance education is that in which you can study through course material without any instructor. You can go to college only to fulfill your attendance. Same as Certificate.
