Hi Akin!
Yes, there are exams conducted by each institute for B.Des in game design. There is a Design Aptitude Test (DAT) that happens as an entrance test in all the colleges offering Bachelors course in game design.The test includes general aptitude as well as a Creative Aptitude Test. You will have to prepare for English Language test, Analytical ability test and general awareness. Apart from that, your drawing and sketching skills need to be brushed up.
