Reasoning, Geography and GK is not a compulsory requirement along with PCM to become a pilot. Aviation subjects for pilots are as under:
1. Air Navigation
2. Aviation Meteorology
3. Air Regulations
4. Aviation Technical
5. Aircraft Specific
6. Radio Telephony
They will be taught to you in the flying school and you will have to get through the DGCA exams for all of them to get the CPL issued.

Hello Vivek, Surely you can pursue Ph.D. in a related topic from IIT Patna. You only need to follow procedure set by this IIT for admission as Ph.D. student.

JNU is the university, ranked at no. 2 in university ranking list (2018) by NIRF. And at undergraduate level only there are linguistic papers ( like French, german, spanish, japnese, chinese, russian, korean etc. And many others). There is no geography and all other social Science and humanities and Science papers. Thanks.

You have to appear CUCET 2018 exam. The exam contains a total of 100 multiple choice question that candidate need to complete in 2 hours duration. Each paper is divided in two parts - A and B.
However, part B may be further divided into sections (depending on the course a candidate is applying for). Each section of part B can have 25 or more questions.
Part A consist questions of English language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude and analytical skills having 25 questions of 25 marks, part B consist questions of domain knowledge having 75 questions of 75 marks each.

It's an interesting degree that you have. Normally speaking as one of the subjects is geography, I see no reason why any other university can deny you permission for doing PG in geography. But then proof of pudding is in eating. Best wishes
