However, part B may be further divided into sections (depending on the course a candidate is applying for). Each section of part B can have 25 or more questions.
Part A consist questions of English language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude and analytical skills having 25 questions of 25 marks, part B consist questions of domain knowledge having 75 questions of 75 marks each.

It's an interesting degree that you have. Normally speaking as one of the subjects is geography, I see no reason why any other university can deny you permission for doing PG in geography. But then proof of pudding is in eating. Best wishes
