Yes, based upon your %, there are chances of getting admission but I suggest you to keep a watch on the cut offs released by the official University of Delhi's website i.e. www.du.ac.in.

M.Phil is offered in India only through the Regular Mode. Distance Mode M.Phil is not offered now. M.Phil Geography is an approved degree and subject by UGC if it is done from a recognised University.

Interested aspirants for the course must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
Masters degree in Geography or Earth Systems Sciences or in any stream of social science
Minimum of 55% or equivalent marks at the level of graduation.
SC/ST/OBC students must score a minimum of 50% marks
In some reputed colleges above 60% of marks in their masters degree are eligible candidates to apply for this course.

Hello Debkanta, The syllabus for this exam is of the level if graduation. Hence you should be thorough in your knowledge about the subject that is taught at graduation level. In addition to be sure, try to take online mock test. That's all.
