Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements: B.Sc. (Hons.)/B.Sc. under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. Course). The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject at B.Sc. (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at Graduate level. However, for admission to M.Sc. in Geography/Geography a candidate must also have offered Chemistry as one of the subjects at the graduate level.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc Physics after completing B.Tech. I have known a few cases like that. In fact, a person who has scored very well and can clear the NET JEST or exams alike can even directly pursue Ph.D. To pursue M.Sc-Physics, you need only a graduation degree in relevant subject.

Hello Tribeni, The admission process for admissions to UG, PG and other courses has opened in DU. Its in online mode only. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission.
