It depends on the certificate course you choose. Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-based certifications are in high-demand these days. Urban Planning, Environmental Management, and Disaster Management fields are also good for higher career prospects. Certifications will enhance your knowledge and expertise in a specific domain and will help you land you a high-paying job.

Hi, if you're preparing for a UG-level Geography entrance exam, I would suggest you to prepare your NCERT syllabus, reference materials, last year's question papers, and read newspapers for current affairs. Don't forget to practice maps. These will help you a lot with Geogaphy entrance exam preparations.

Of course, there are many Geography course options which you can opt for, without preparing for any entrance exams. Some colleges conduct or accept exam scores, while some offer merit-based admission. If you want to pursue a BA in Geography course, seek admission to colleges like Patna Women's College, Isabella Thoburn Degree College, St. Xavier's College, S.S. Jain Subodh PG College, Dr. D.Y. Patil Arts, Commerce and Science College, etc., for merit-based admission. All the best!
