If you want to get into a college that is only in Vizag, there's nothing better than Gitam . I would suggest or recommend anyone to join Gitam only if they are willing to work really hard and if they really want to get a good degree instead of a certificate for name sake ! You are provided with fairly good knowledge . They provide good infrastructure wherein you have to give presentations, participate in group discussions, get involved in club activities and fests, all these would help you in overcoming fear . You can take up extra courses for adding an advantage to your resume. Example risk management subject and you are also given coaching on BEC ( credit course which is certified by Cambridge University), Book review classes, CBA classes. College offers you placements till the end, but it all depends on us how we crack it in the interview. It follows trimester pattern, and there would be lots of work load for which one has to get prepared well in advance to face it all !
