Any top ranked university will ask for the GMAT but few options may be available. You may check for graduate certificate programs or PG Diploma programs.

A 700 GMAT score puts a test taker in the 89th percentile of those who have taken the exam. That means only 11% of those who sit for the GMAT have a score of 700 or above. Hence you need to work and practice hard, take mock test, etc.

But just joining an institute is not okay.
You have to work hard, keep practising maths problems, logical reasoning, English grammar and all.
As you said, you are in the 2nd year so first, you have to focus on your graduation that is also important, start preparing for CAT in last year or I would advise you to after B.gain 1-2 years of work experience after B.Tech and then go for MBA as it would be better for your admission and placements.
