No cutoff as such is defined for GMAT,you need to have attempted the exam to take MICAT.

Most of prestigious B-School abroad have following criterion to select students for their MBA: GRE score, educational background, experience, demonstrates leadership traits, recommendation letters, passion for social causes, statement of purpose, etc.

Follow the official guide from MBA.com, Kaplan Series and Manhattan Series. These are the series students usually follow. To develop your business knowledge refer to your country's best world economics newspapers and refer to a lot of business websites such as Forbes, Bloomberg, International Business Times - BBC and so on.

GMAT : 700+, prefer to score 720.
EXPERIENCE : Work experience is very important, this is like an important feather in your profile. It is better to add 2 years of experience in your profile.
CGPA : need to maintain 3.5+ CGPA out of 4.
