Not at all, GMAT is basically required for MBA programs. It's not required for each and every Master's degree course abroad.

However, if your aim is just to get MBA at any cost then IIPM, Manav Rachna and Manav Bharti are the kind of institutes which exist in the USA who can't provide you placements, but they badly need students so you can search and apply for such B or C category institutes.

Yes, it will be considered as work experience. You must prove or demonstrate your contribution to the business, its growth and your role in it. The nature of your involvement will be evaluated.
