Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is a standardized test is an admissions requirement for most Graduate Schools in the United States. For pursuing MBA abroad, you need to appear for GRE or GMAT exams. Along with this, you need to clear English proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS. Best of luck!

GMAT is required to get an admit from top B-Schools in Australia. However, some Universities in Australia do accept without GMAT score. But, the VISA officer might ask to produce GMAT score.

CAT is a test conducted by IIM.
MAT is a test conducted by AIMA.
CMAT is a test conducted by AICTE.
You can also pursue MBA after qualifying XAT or GMAT exam.
All these exams have different modules or pattern of questions.

600 to 700 is the general range, but it can vary too.

Most of the top universities in USA and Canada ask for GMAT score as it's a standardized test to know the eligibility for the course. While courses from non GMAT universities could be equally competent, you must see their acceptance rate in the job market before applying as brand/ ranks matters though it might not be the only criteria.
