GMAT is optional and for IELTS you must obtaining an overall minimum score of 6.5 with each paper having 5.5. Please read more here:

If you are planning to do MBA in finance than you can also go for CAT/CMAT apart from GMAT. If you specifically do executive MBA than go for GMAT with a work experience of 4+ years and eye for ISB, Hyderabad or Great lakes, Chennai as there are few colleges good for executive MBA course.

Yes, students pursuing correspondence course or distance learning too can appear for GMAT. Wth regards to acceptance to such degrees by universities abroad, there are universities that do accept such degrees. However it is best to email the university for the same.

Hi Sivaprasad, if you want to do an on-campus full time course you must take GRE or GMAT, certain exceptions may be available so you must check the university websites. MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Texas-Austin McCombs School of Business, USC Marshall School of Business,University of Rochester Simon Business School, Fordham etc are some good universities for business analytics.

If you want to opt for a college with low fee structure, then Germany is the best option. You can also get a scholarship. You can get good job opportunities in Germany.

Yes, you can appear for CAT if you have your graduation degree with minimum 50%. Generally, GMAT exam is given by those who want to study abroad.
