The Official Guide by GMAC is the best one. You will get it from any book store or buy online from Amazon, etc. A number of materials will also be found on mba.com website.

Yea of course, if you get a good score in GMAT, you get a chance to get selected in London Business School. But, it is not so easy to get, you really need to work hard for it.

GMAT tests your aptitude rigorously as compared to CAT. So getting a good score self is a big thing. Coming to the college part, for sure you can but except few institutes (I refer here to the colleges out of India.)
