Baba Raghav Das (BRD) Medical College in Gorakhpur does not conduct a GNM course. Their college mainly deals with MBBS and several postgraduate medical courses.
For GNM courses, you may look out for some other institutions in Uttar Pradesh, whose main focus is on nursing education. Normally, to get a GNM admission, candidates should have passed 12th grade with at least 40-50% marks, and preferably with a Science background. Most of the colleges usually follow merit or entrance examinations based on the criteria for selection, for admission into there college.

You are in 11th with arts stream, so it might be difficult to directly get into a GNM course as it generally requires a science background.
