Gondwana University selects candidates for MBA programme based on MAH CET, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT or ATMA scores. Once aspirants have appeared for any of the accepted entrance exams, they need to register for DTE Maharashtra CAP rounds for seat allotment. In case of vacancy, aspirants can apply for institute-level admission by filling out the form available on the official website of the university.

Gondwana University offers admission based on MHT CET, MAH CET, CAT, MAT, etc. for admission to specific courses. For courses such as BCA, BCom, BBA, MCom, etc., the selection is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Once selected, aspirants need to participate in CAP or university counselling for seat allotment. Shortlisted aspirants further need to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Gondwana University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The university considers entrance exams such as MAH CET, MHT CET, CAT, MAT, JEE Main, etc. for admission to BE, MBA, BPharm and other courses. The merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam is considered for BCom, MCom, BCA, BBA, etc. Once selected, the university releases a merit list on the university website.
