CAT cut offs for top IIMs usually range from 98 to 100 percentile for General category students. For reserved category students the IIM cut offs are slightly lower around 95 to 98 percentile. The CAT cut offs for admission to top MBA colleges such as FMS, MDI, SPJIMR among others, range from 90 to 99 percentile. Minimum marks of passing will be 35% of the total marks allotted to that paper/internal assessment/practical. A candidate has to pass individuality in theory papers/internal assessment/practical separately. Gondwana University follows a CGPA system. You can convert your CGPA into percentage by using the formula mentioned below.

Around 70% of the students got placed through Gondwana University placements. Internship opportunities are also provided to students. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, etc., visited the campus with a higher package of INR 10 LPA and an average package of INR 4 LPA. Exams MAH CET/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT is accepted for admission to the MBA course at the university. A bachelors' degree of minimum 3-Years after 10+2 examination, from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Candidates in the final year of graduation are also eligible, provided they have a certificate from the head of the college. A valid cut-off score of CAT/GMAT. PGCET Passing Marks for MBA admission: The minimum marks to be attained should be at least 50 percent (for candidates belonging to the general category) and 45 percent (for candidates belonging to the SC / ST category).

Gondwana University is a State University located in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. It was established in 2011 and is affiliated with the University Grants Commission. It offers UG and PG courses in Science, Arts, Law, Commerce, Social Science, Home Science, Education, and Medicine faculties. In this college, the fees is not so high. If you are in the reserved category you need to pay 1000 rupees for admission and if you are not in the reserved category you have to pay 10000 rupees. Scholarships and other financial assistance are developed in college for poor students. University provides scholarships to students according to the categories.

In terms of placements, the University recorded the median package of INR 1.80 LPA for the PG (2-year) batch 2022. Further, 15 students were placed out of the total strength of 241 PG (2-year) batch. There are no past-year placement statistics available to know the trends. The University has also not released any placement brochure or report. As of now, the University has disclosed the median package details for the 2022 passing-out batch. According to the NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to PG (2-year) students during the academic year 2021-22 was INR 1.80 LPA.
