Admission at Government College of Engineering, Thanjavur is managed through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) by Anna University. If the Class 12 board results are out and TNEA counseling has begun, you should be able to register, submit marks, and participate in choice filling and counseling.

Government College of Engineering, Thanjavur has an active Training & Placement Cell (TPC) that focuses on student career development.
